The apartment has a newly fitted modern kitchen and bathroom and is furnised and fitted to a high standard.
Features include a high resolution 32 inch LCD tv with satellite channels,DVD player, high speed internet connection, new kitchen with oven, fridge, dishwasher and microwave. All beds have orthopaedic mattresses to ensure a good nights sleep.
Apart from the living room, the spacious kitchen has dining for up to 6 people. There are two bedrooms (one with a double bed the other has 2 singles), 1 bathroom/shower room. Ideal for a family with 2 children or a group of up to 4 people.
Prices: Weekly rates are listed below. We can usually arrange pick from and drop off at either of the two main airports in Rome for a small extra charge. We also have special discounts from time to time so don't be afraid to ask about that when enquiring.
October - March 350€ ........ All quoted prices include cost of cleaning
April, May, September 500 € the apartment before arrival and after leaving
June, July, August 700 € plus all utility bills, clean towels and linen
