Our standard rates are listed below. If you would like a price in pounds sterling or any other currency then contact us and we will provide you with a quote at very competitive exchange rates.

Weekly rates 

Low season: November to March .... 400 €

Mid Season: Sept, Oct, April, May .. 500 €

High Season: June, July, August ..... 650 €

Terms and conditions: Prices include clean towels and bed linen plus the cost of cleaning the apartment before arrival and after departure. For mid and high season, the above prices also include all utility bills. For low season gas and electricity will be charged separately.

Low cost pick up and drop off at either of Rome's major airports can be arranged at a bargain price. Ask for details specifying the number of people in the group and any non-standard luggage requirements.
